Refund policy

Our General Policy (Manufacturing Defects Only)

 

We strive for the highest quality in all our products. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return only if you discover a manufacturing defect.

 

Eligibility for Return (Defective Items)

 

To be eligible for a return due to a manufacturing defect, your item must be unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Start a Return

 

To start a return, you must first contact us at kavita@poshakhfabrics.com within the 30-day period.

If your return is accepted based on a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at kavita@poshakhfabrics.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 

Since we only accept returns for manufacturing defects, certain items are non-returnable even in that context, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

 

Due to our strict policy, we do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to follow the return process for your defective item, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return (due to a manufacturing defect or under the EU Cooling Off Period), we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
