Resolution & Refund Method: Please note that for verified manufacturing defects, the final decision to provide an exchange or a refund lies entirely with the brand. All approved refunds are processed via store credit only, which is redeemable exclusively on our website. Exchanges or store credit are only issued after we receive and inspect the defective shipment from your end.

100% Refund (Store Credit Only): We offer a full refund in the form of website store credit if the return is initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
